Announcing the Winners of the 7th 50 Most Influential Sierra Leonean Women Awards

The 50 Most Influential Sierra Leonean Women Awards Committee is pleased to announce the winners of the 7th edition of the prestigious awards.

This year, the public nominated One thousand two hundred and one exceptional women from various backgrounds, districts, and professions, showcasing the impactful contributions of women across Sierra Leone.

From the initial nominations, one hundred outstanding women were shortlisted for public voting. Through a credible and democratic process, the public elected the 50 Most Influential Sierra Leonean Women Awardees, recognizing their remarkable achievements and leadership roles in driving positive change and development in the country.

The Awards Ceremony, initially scheduled for 26th April 2024, has been rescheduled to 18th May 2024. Under the Distinguished Patronage of Her Excellency,Fatoumata Jallow Tambajang, Former Vice President of Gambia.

This change is due to technical challenges that the organizing committee has diligently worked to resolve, ensuring a seamless and memorable event for all participants and attendees.

The ceremony will take place at the prestigious Bintumani Conference Center, where the honorees will be celebrated for their exceptional contributions and recognized as role models and agents of change in Sierra Leone.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the winners and express our gratitude to the public for their active participation in the nomination and voting process. Together, let us continue to empower and uplift women as catalysts for a brighter and more inclusive future.
