The notice states that ongoing improvement works by the Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority (EDSA) are causing reduced power supply at the Spur Road and Regent pumping stations.

Affected Areas:

Spur Road
Spur Loop
Freetown Road, Wilberforce
Wilberforce Military Barracks
Hill Station (By Lucy Drive)
Upper Tengbeh Town
Gloucester
Signal Hill

The public notice does not specify the duration of the power cuts or when normal water supply might resume. Customers in the affected areas are advised to conserve water and make alternative arrangements until the situation improves.
