Kwame Ntiamoah, also known as N.K. Ntim, a brilliant Ghanaian man, is building an exceptional academic and family life with his equally intelligent wife, Mavis Ababio Amponsah. The inspiring couple studied B.Ed Social Science, majoring in Geography and Economics, and were classmates at the University of Cape Coast (UCC) until their graduation in 2017. Later on, they both pursued their MPhil together. Mavis obtained an MPhil in Administration in Higher Education, while Kwame pursued an MPhil in International Studies, both from the University of Cape Coast.

Reflecting on their five-year journey, Kwame said, “It was fun, especially from different disciplines. During my undergraduate, we had times we studied together, but unlike the MPhil, she was researching a different topic. She got pregnant during our MPhil studies while I had also travelled to the United States for a few months. We both persevered and decided not to give up on this. It wasn’t easy, but all we can say is that grace was sufficient for us.”

After their first degrees, both Kwame and Mavis served their national service at UCC. Kwame worked as a Research and Administrative Assistant at the Office of International Relations, while Mavis worked at the Institute of Education, Planning, and Administration. In 2019, the couple got married during their first year of the MPhil Programmes.

When asked about their big dreams, Kwame revealed that Mavis aspires to become a renowned academician and counselor, while he hopes to become a diplomat. At present, Kwame is a missionary, entrepreneur, and investor, having authored a book titled “Mysteries of Music,” which he recommends to everyone.
