24-Year- old Sierra Leonean journalist, activist, writer, entrepreneur and singer, Mary Kabay together with 24 others have been appointed Goodwill ambassadors by the Limkokwing University Of Creative Technology Sierra Leone campus.
Celebrating her success, the young journalist took to her social media platform to thank God and the University for the opportunity, she said, “God has been faithful to me and on that note, I ascribed all the glory to him. To the Administration of the Limkokwing university thank you for counting me worthy of being an ambassador for the university. Family and loved ones you’ve been my source of inspiration and the reason for standing out.
The month of June was full of greatness.” She said.
Mary Kabay and the 24 others will be the face of Limkokwing University as role models to students, the university, intermediary between students and the administration, representing the university in and out of the country, building good image to the society about the university, among many others.
Born in Freetown peninsula, Mary Kabay is a 24-year old Sierra Leonean practicing Journalist, activist, writer, entrepreneur and singer. Mary Kabay is currently studying broadcasting and journalism at the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Sierra Leone campus. Mary Kabay is also working as a reporter, reporting on human interest stories related to women and girls. Over the Years, Mary has greatly involved in advocating for women and girls both in print and organizing advocacy programs across the country.
