Tobi Amusan, the world record holder in the 100m hurdles, has added another feather to her cap by earning a Master of Arts degree in Leadership Studies and Sports Management from the University of Texas El Paso (UTEP), the same school where she obtained her first degree.
Despite her demanding schedule as a professional athlete traveling the world to participate in various competitions, Amusan was able to complete her master’s program and expressed her gratitude to everyone who supported her along the way. She is known for her dedication and work ethic on the track, which has propelled her to the pinnacle of her sporting career, and now to academic success.
Amusan joins a growing list of Nigerian sports personalities who are excelling both on the field and in the classroom.
