Sonwabile Gingqishe is a 26-year-old South African Multi Award Winning Actor, Model, Talent Manager, and Head Of PR at Sonwabile PR Agency and Our Future Talent Management. He came to fame in 2018 after returning from New York City and Orlando Florida.
In 2019, Sonwabile Gingqishe secured a role on The Queen Mzansi which did not last long and was called on SABC 1 Drama Soapie called Skeem Saam.
Mr. Gingqishe fell in love with Talent Management and Public Relations to help companies and individuals to break into the media space. He also worked and placed artists with several production companies on projects such as TV Commercials, Soapies, Music Videos, Prints, and Fashion Shows.
“Life has been a rollercoaster in the past few years, especially for someone like myself who has an ancestral calling,” He said. He added by saying “I believe everything happens for a reason and I have realized that people are always trying to find themselves in their craft instead of finding their craft in themselves. People who succeed in life succeed because they are ready. So no matter how much you’ve done and how deserving you think you are, you won’t get what you want until you’re ready and only then the universe will decide when that will be” He said.
He believes that winning this biggest competition against good South African actors will open more doors for him as he also discovered skills he thought he never had. “Winning this competition means the world to me as I was competing with great South African actors who have a lot to give in the industry”. He concluded by saying “I respect everyone and their craft, I have learned a lot from everyone’s onset and I merely knew that I will win this competition from the start because of the hunger I have to get back to the industry”.

Sonwabile also received 2 tv role offers from other productions and he is now busy shooting a Pilot for an upcoming series he is headlining.
