Young Sierra Leonean movie the movie writer, director, media consultant, film maker, producer legal student and mentor Lansana Spartar has been awarded Best Screenwriter & Director at the first ever National Film Awards organized by the National Film Awards at the Africa Young Voices Media Empire auditorium.
