The Indian High Commission in Sierra Leone has handed over a free visa and air tickets to Mrs. Sarah Menunatu Lamin, a government official from Sierra Leone.
Mrs. Lamin will travel to India to take part in a course on Countering Illegal Drug Trafficking. The training will be held at the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics in Andhra Pradesh.
The programme is part of the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) for 2025–26, under the Ministry of External Affairs of the Government of India.
The ITEC programme offers training and capacity building to professionals from different countries, helping them gain new skills and knowledge to support development in their home nations.
