House of Stars Winner Lolo Simeon Breaks Silence Over Unfulfilled Prizes, Alleges Deception and Unsafe Living Conditions

Lolo Simeon, winner of House of Stars Season Two, has publicly broken her silence over what she describes as months of deception, broken promises, and emotional distress surrounding the prizes awarded to her after the reality show ended in February 2025.

In a detailed public notice shared on her Facebook page from Paris, Simeon addressed her supporters, known as “Troopers,” explaining why she has remained quiet for so long and why she has refused to celebrate her victory or accept any ambassadorship linked to the show.

According to Simeon, nearly nine months after winning the competition, she is yet to receive valid ownership documents for the house presented to her as the grand prize. She revealed that repeated requests, including formal letters from her lawyers, have failed to produce a deed of conveyance or proof of legal ownership. She further alleged that investigations show the House of Stars CEO, Valentine King, does not hold a registered title for the land on which the house was built, either personally or in the name of the show.

The reality show winner also raised serious concerns about the vehicle she received as part of her prize package. Contrary to expectations set by previous editions of the show, Simeon said she was handed a used and mechanically unstable Nissan Rogue, with no valid ownership documents. She described the car as unsafe, noting that it has broken down several times on the road, putting her life at risk. Despite her objections, she claims she was pressured into accepting the vehicle, which the CEO reportedly described as “destined for her by God.”

Simeon also recounted the circumstances surrounding the public house handover ceremony. She said the house was rushed to completion for the event, despite engineers later confirming serious structural defects. She agreed to the ceremony, she explained, after being assured the remaining work would be completed privately within three months. That promise, she said, was never honored.

The day after the ceremony, Simeon returned to inspect the property and discovered what she described as a shocking reality. Hidden defects, locked rooms, and poor workmanship became evident. When she confronted the CEO with video evidence and requested that the promised finishing work continue, she said she was bluntly told to complete the house herself because the keys had already been handed over.

Further assessments of the building revealed what Simeon called dangerous and life-threatening flaws, including water-soaked ceilings and walls, persistent leaks, and foundational defects. She disclosed that her mother spent nearly two months living in a hotel while supervising urgent repairs, costs that the family should never have had to bear. Despite spending significant sums, Simeon stated that neither she nor her family can safely live in the house, as the core structural damage originates from the foundation.

Beyond the material losses, Simeon accused Valentine King of continued disrespect, manipulation, and gaslighting, including insults directed at her mother and dismissive remarks about seeking legal redress. She said she remained silent for months in the hope that the issues would be resolved privately, but now feels compelled to speak out, not just for herself, but for the supporters who spent their money voting and believing in the platform.

“This is no longer about me,” she wrote. “I feel we have all been robbed.”

Simeon concluded by apologizing for disrupting New Year celebrations but insisted that the truth must be told. Her statement has since sparked widespread discussion online, raising serious questions about accountability, transparency, and the protection of contestants in reality television platforms.
