Francess Nuli Kabu has taken on a new position as the Communication and Advocacy Officer at Rainbo Initiative, a leading organisation in Sierra Leone that works to end sexual and gender-based violence and support survivors.
In a recent announcement on LinkedIn, Francess expressed her excitement about this new chapter in her career. “I’m happy to share with my LinkedIn community that I’m starting a new position as Communication and Advocacy Officer at Rainbo Initiative,” she wrote.
Francess brings with her a wealth of experience in communication and development work. She has been a strong voice on issues affecting women and girls and has played key roles in past advocacy campaigns.
At Rainbo Initiative, her role will include leading communication strategies, engaging with partners and the public, and driving awareness on the fight against gender-based violence across Sierra Leone.
Rainbo Initiative has been at the forefront of providing free medical and psychosocial support to survivors of sexual violence. With Francess joining the team, the organisation is expected to strengthen its outreach and advocacy efforts further.
Her appointment has been met with warm congratulations from colleagues and professionals across the development and communications sectors.
