This week, Bread Avenue Academy proudly welcomed 100 students into its second cohort for a transformative 6-month program in Pastry, Baking, and Entrepreneurship. Fully accredited by the National Council for Technical Vocational and Other Academic Awards (NCTVA) and endorsed by the Ministry of Higher and Technical Education (MHTE), the program aims to empower students with hands-on skills and entrepreneurial expertise, paving the way for their future success.
This initiative, driven by SONOCO Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, offers free training to students from diverse backgrounds, equipping them with essential skills to thrive in the culinary industry. Following the tremendous success of the first cohort, which saw numerous graduates start their own businesses or secure employment, Bread Avenue Academy is eager to see the impact this new group will create.
As they embark on this exciting journey, these aspiring bakers and entrepreneurs will receive high-quality training, mentorship, and support, positioning them to become leaders in the pastry and baking industry. This program is not just about learning skills; it’s about shaping futures and transforming lives.
Stay tuned for the incredible achievements of Bread Avenue Academy’s second cohort!
