Tarawally, the Managing Partners and the Board of Directors of LAKE Grouo of Companies to officially announce Hester Y Kamara, the reigning Miss Tourism Global Sierra Leone, as the newly appointed Executive Director of the Miss Freetown Beauty Pageant – Sierra Leone Limited. Ms. Kamara’s appointment comes as a promotion which, over the years, she has been working as the Head of Branding and Marketing for LAKE Production SL Limited.
Ms. Esther Y. Kamara will be working under the direct supervision of the Managing Partners of LAKE Group of Companies alongside Ing. Mohamed Benson Bawoh, Muctar Sheriff and Ramalf Junior Kamara regarding the day-to-day administration and the successful implementation of the Miss Freetown Beauty Pageant event.

24-Year-Old Founder Of D’ Modella Modelling Agency Taking The Lead In The Modelling And Pageantry World In Sierra Leone: Meet The Founder
Esther Yeanoh Kamara is a Sierra Leonean beauty queen, model, national director at Miss Africa Golden, head of marketing at Lake Production, founder of the Salone Fashion Awards and D’ Modella Modelling agency, which was set up to train and give young people in Sierra Leone who consider modelling and Pageantry as their career platform to showcase their talents. Esther is the Miss Tourism global Sierra Leone.
Esther Yeanoh Kamara attended the David Arnold primary school where she did her Secondary education, she later moved to the Freetown Secondary school for girls where she completed her senior secondary equation. She later enrolled at the Milton Margai College where she completed a Diploma program. Esther is currently admitted at the Institute Of Public Administration And Management where she is studying a degree in procurement logistics and supply. Esther disclosed to Salone Messenger that she hopes to go for law as she intends to change the narrative that modeling or Pageantry are for dropout
At the age of 16, Esther Yeanoh Kamara started her modelling career where she first competed for the Miss Sella Limba chiefdom in her hometown and emerged as the winner of the competition, Esther had travelled to her hometown to visit her family, she was spotted by people in her hometown who saw the potential in her and encouraged her to go for the competition. Esther never had the idea of where to start. However, her greatest motivator is Naomi Campbell.
At the age of 21, in 2019, Esther had gone through a lot of challenges, succeeded and learned a lot in the modelling and Pageantry world, Esther identified these challenges during her journey and wanted to make a change. “He who feels it, knows it”. She told us at Salone Messenger
