Egypt and Sierra Leone Hold Talks on Strengthening Military Cooperation

Egypt and Sierra Leone recently held their first meeting of the military cooperation committee, where they discussed ways to strengthen cooperation between their armed forces. The meeting was attended by Egypt’s Chief of Staff, Osama Askar, and Sierra Leone’s Deputy Minister of Defence, Muana Brima Massaquoi, who is currently visiting Egypt as part of the committee’s activities. During the meeting, Massaquoi praised the strong relations between Egypt and Sierra Leone and commended Egypt’s efforts in supporting security and stability in Africa. Several army commanders from both countries were also present at the meeting.
