The first International Professional Sierra Leonean Footballer to Europe, France to be precise John Dumbuya has honourably offered the sum of One Thousand United States Dollars (US 1000) and one of his dwelling houses in Freetown to be used as a Counselling facility for Sierra Leone’s current Celebrated Footballer Musa Tombo in the pursuit of solutions to solve his predicament.

John Dumbuya played for La Rouche Sur Yon in France and was the first player from Sierra Leone to play in Europe on contractual basis.
John Dumbuya was also a catalyst for the Zone 2 tournament and the famous Black Stars of Ghana 1987 defeat that stopped from qualifying for the 1988 African Cup of Nation.

Musa Noah Kamara (born 6 August 2000) is a Sierra Leonean footballer who plays as a striker for Bo Rangers and the Sierra Leone national team.
Musa Tombo was born in Tombo. After playing for AIK Freetong in 2018, he was the top scorer of the 2019 Sierra Leone National Premier League with 15 goals for champions East End Lions. He joined Swedish club Trelleborgs FF on a three-and-a-half year deal in August 2019, but cancelled his contract after a week, citing the cold weather in Sweden.He retracted that statement the following day however, and insisted that he returned to Sierra Leone to play for the national team in the upcoming World Cup qualification fixtures.  He transferred to Bo Rangers in April 2021
