The CEO of Cribs International, Sho Cole, has extended heartfelt gratitude to supporters, partners, and participants following the successful completion of the Sierra Leone Talent Search competition — an event described as a “national celebration of creativity.”
In an official statement released over the weekend, Mr Cole praised the unity, creativity, and energy that surrounded the event from start to finish, saying the journey was filled with “love, creativity, and unity.”
“I want to extend my sincere appreciation to everyone who made the Sierra Leone Talent Search a success,” he said. “Your commitment, resources, and belief in Sierra Leone’s talent helped us turn this idea into a national celebration.”
Cribs International acknowledged several key contributors to the event’s success, including the Freetown City Council, the Ministry of Tourism, Truth Media, Crystal Clear, Wan Wan Wan, the panel of judges, Cribs Media Team, Caleb and his team, DJ Tunji, and the popular Nigerian entertainer known as the Funny Hypeman. Special thanks were also given to bloggers, fashion brand Manikene Designs, and the entire staff of Cribs International.
The competition saw 240 aspiring artists from across Sierra Leone auditioning for a chance to showcase their talent. Cole described the participants as “the heart of this project,” praising their energy, stories, and potential.
“I saw dreams that deserve a chance, voices that need to be heard, and gifts that are ready to grow with the right support,” he said.
International partners from Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and the United States were also recognised for their contribution. Nigerian music producer Masterkraft, artists Ozeal and Onyii, as well as Don Mozarti and their wider team, were credited for bringing valuable experience and global perspective to the platform.
Cole announced that Cribs International is committed to helping the discovered talents rise to the next level.
The statement also congratulated Francis Reffel, who emerged as the overall winner of the talent search and has now been signed to Cribs International. Cole described Reffel’s talent and determination as qualities that earned him the top spot.
Second and third places went to Frankstella Freeman and Anita Macmillan Sesay, who were also welcomed to the Cribs International family.
“Finally, to the contestants, the supporters, and everyone who stood with us — thank you. This success belongs to all of us,” the CEO concluded.
