28 Street, 44A Sarayat, Maadi in Cairo, Egypt 7th February, 2026: The Chief Justice of Sierra Leone, His Lordship Honourable Justice Komba Kamanda, arrived at the Cairo International Airport to participate in the Ninth Cairo High-Level Meeting of the Presidents of African Constitutional Courts, Supreme Courts, and Constitutional Councils.

Honourable Chief Justice Kamanda was received by officials of the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in collaboration with officers of the Embassy of the Republic of Sierra Leone in Egypt.

The high-level meeting is scheduled to take place at the St. Regis Hotel in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital from 7-8 February, 2026.

Notably, Chief Justice Kamanda is among a select few Chief Justices from across the world invited to deliver a statement at the prestigious gathering, underscoring Sierra Leone’s growing role in continental and global judicial discourse.
