Real Balompedica Linense winger ALHASSAN KOROMA (TWIN) has been ruled out in LEONE STAR squad in Cameron ahead of the AFCON due to harmstrain injury sustain in training according to the technical team.
Augustus Kargbo who was on the standby list replaced Alhassan Koroma(Twin) with immediate effect.
In a letter from the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA), Real Balompedica winger Alhassan Koroma popularly known as Twin has been declared unfit to participate in the African Cup of Nations 2021 and has been replaced with FC Crotone player Augustus Kargbo.
Augustus Kargbo plays for Serie B side FC Crotone in Italy. The 22-year-old will replace the injured Alhassan Koroma.
SLFA has already made contact with the Italian Football Federation and FC Crotone for the player’s availability as he was one of the players that were placed on the standby list of the National Team Technical Staff In case of serious injuries.
