15-year-old Nigerian Faith Odunsi is Africa’s most talked-about Kid for her excellent performance making her family, country, and the continent proud after defeating students from European countries, America, Asia among others during a mathematical competition narrates her success story
During an interview with The Punch after the competition, she expressed how happy she felt winning the final award in the math competition which had equally tough participants.
She explained that, in the first stage, there was a computer-based test which demanded that each of them answer many questions within one hour. “My score on the test was 66. The second stage took the same format and I also scored 66” she narrated.
Faith added that “the quarter and semifinals were on Microsoft themes. We were asked questions and we put in our answers; the first to put in the correct answers got 10 points.”
The Nigerian wonder kid who is currently in SS3 has emerged winner at the end of the competition. The award which is yet to be officially presented to her includes a monetary reward of $1,000.
This is not the first time Faith is exhibiting her intelligence; it was earlier reported that Faith had set a record in 2018 during a competition organized by Cowbellpedia by answering 19 questions within 60 seconds. The kid is simply good!
