On Thursday, the Vice President of Sierra Leone, Dr. Juldeh Jalloh, handed over three loads of medical supplies to the Guinean authorities to treat victims of the fire disaster that occurred in Conakry last Sunday evening 1. The donation was made at the Defense Headquarters to the Ministers of Internal Security and Health who are charged with the responsibility to manage the disaster .
Dr. Jalloh is leading three separate technical teams including Petroleum support, Disaster Management and Medical personnel. According to confirmed sources, a plan to supply petroleum products to Guinea is being finalized .
Guineans are reportedly happy with the show of support from the government of Sierra Leone, as they lined up at the defense headquarters commending President Julius Maada Bio 1.
