After two years participating in Visa’s Fintech Future Leaders program, Vera Okojie is excited to have been promoted to a Consulting Analyst in Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA). Through the four rotations she completed during her time on the program, Vera’s appreciation and excitement for Visa has grown, and the depths of her professional and personal growth as she moved through the program have been hard to put into words.
What she is most thankful for, however, is the people she has encountered through her journey at Visa. Everyone from her managers and mentors to her peers have encouraged, supported, and pushed her to become the woman she is today, and for that she is forever grateful.
In celebration of this most recent professional milestone, Vera decided to express her thanks to those that have helped make it possible, including Emma Kerr Rob Walls Andranik Mnatsakanyan Claudio D. Alicia Ngomo Amaka Uche Shelly T. Anastasia Douva Beatrice Checa Nathalie Perrio Edoardo Volta Phill Haig Aoife Brierley Jill Docherty Sarah Holmes-Hackerd and many more.
Though Vera’s journey at Visa has been an incredible one thus far, it’s only just begun. Here’s to even more excitement and celebration come 2023!
