Hawa Tombo Kamara, the wife of one of Sierra Leone’s controversial soccer strikers who netted a brilliant left-footer against Ivory Coast at the just concluded Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon, Musa Tombo, inexplicably has on Thursday 17th February 2022 revealed her intention to contest or participate in the upcoming Housemate Salone Season 3. She made that disclosure on her Facebook Status with her stated aim of empowering other young girls in the country after she would have emerged as the winner in the much awaited Reality TV Show.
It could be recalled that Musa Tombo Kamara wedded to Hawa Tombo in December of 2021 in the second city of Bo, Southern Sierra Leone in one of the most widely publicized marriages to close the year and since then they’ve been widely celebrated around the country and even beyond.
In what was later discovered to be a prank, sometime in the recent past it was widely rumoured that Hawa Tombo Kamara informed her 44,600 TikTok followers and more than 300,000 others who liked her handle that she was planning to divorce her husband, a news item that flooded the Social Media as it came as a big surprise to many and became a topical issue in many social circles.
It must be noted that, Africell Sierra Leone and African Young Voice Television (AYV TV) on the 13th February, 2022 launched the Housemates Salone Season 3 Reality TV Show at the prestigious Lagoonda Entertainment Complex in Aberdeen, Freetown with the slogan: “Di Game Get Yagba, If You Nor Able Na for Pull Hand”.
