The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has announced the appointment of Umaru Bah as the new Team Manager for the Leone Stars, Sierra Leone’s senior national football team.

This decision was made by the SLFA Executive Committee in recognition of Bah’s vast experience and notable achievements in football management.

He previously held the position of Team Manager for Sierra Leone’s National Home-Based Team, where his leadership and strategic skills significantly contributed to the team’s success, earning him widespread respect in the football community.

Umaru Bah is set to begin his duties following the Leone Stars’ important AFCON Qualifiers against Chad on September 6th and Zambia on September 10th. The SLFA expressed confidence that his expertise will be instrumental in enhancing the national team’s performance, both on the continental stage and beyond.

As Leone Stars continue to strive for excellence in football, Bah’s appointment is seen as a crucial step in bolstering the team’s efforts and aspirations for future competitions.
