Experience: At least, one year in a leadership position

*The ideal candidate must believe in the Vision of the CEO and the Company.
*The ideal candidate must generate an income, that is three times, his/her monthly remuneration.
*The ideal candidate must create healthy relationships with Donor Agencies/Partners, and with key stakeholders in the industry.
*The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and submit timely reports without reminder(s).
*The ideal candidate must provide leadership and frequent training for all support staff.
