Timothy Musa Kabba is a highly accomplished and respected individual who currently serves as Sierra Leone’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. Before assuming his role as Minister, Kabba held the position of Director-General at the Petroleum Directorate and later as Minister of Mines and Mineral Resources. With a background as an oil and gas engineer, he has worked in various capacities within the industry. Prior to joining the Petroleum Directorate, Kabba served as a project management consultant for Total E & P C LTD. He also gained valuable experience as a Drilling Engineer and a Reservoir Engineer at the LUKOIL Overseas Offshore Project.
