QCell Sierra Leone has officially opened a new Customer Care Shop at Kambia 2 Check Point, strengthening its effort to bring telecom and mobile money services closer to communities across the country.
The opening ceremony in Kambia attracted community leaders, local authorities, security personnel, traders, youth groups, and residents, who turned out to witness the commissioning of the new outlet. The event included engagement sessions, product education, and direct interaction between QCell officials and members of the public.

QCell representatives said the new customer care shop will serve as a one-stop centre for SIM registration, customer support, mobile services, and QMoney transactions. The company said the outlet will help improve service delivery in the district and reduce the need for customers to travel long distances to access support.
