CSP Mira holds the firm belief that “creativity is a natural extension of our enthusiasm” and she has contributed immensely to the development of the SLP and well known for her innovative drives. Few of her drives could be seen in salient positive administrative changes done at the Central Police Division, Eastend Police Division and the Family Support Unit where her initiatives served the best of times and still serving as a foundation for proper policing, discipline and hardwork. Her recent initiative has enabled her to achieve the setting up of the Sierra Leone Police Female Leadership Forum through which female graduates will inspire, motivate, groom and aspire for positions of leadership in the highest cadre of the SLP. This awesome initiative has been the best of our times where national policies are geared towards the empowerment of women.
Her passion includes giving motivating talks, doing the impossible and service to nation. She is the Founder of an organization that works in schools and communities called Next Generation Reformers. She believes that everything in life is possible with passion and resilience. When not working, she likes watching movies and keeping in touch with friends.
