Profiling humanitarian women from/in Sierra Leone
Meet Ms. Zainab Pfp Turay a Sierra Leonean Dutch Citizen, who has devoted her life in serving women and girls in Sierra Leone.
She is a feminist who believes in education and skills development for disadvantage teenage girls and women facing domestic violence or who child/children who are down with any disability, the CEO and Founder for Mabel’s Cottage a home/ safe space for pregnant teenage girls- she house them till they give birth and send then to school up unto University level. She has in the last two years built another home in Mile 91 where operations will soon start.
As part of her passion, Zainab makes sure to provide food, clothing and everything for the girls in the cottage. Her organization has also in the last two years launched a school reading program in 3 primary schools in Cockle Bay.

Zainab Pfp Turay is also the CEO and Founder of PFP Group, a company that is fully managed and run by women- they are into vehicle shipment, restaurant, real estate and container shipment.
Zainab Pfp Turay is a mother of 3 amazing kids,and she has instilled giving into her two boys who on a monthly basis donates from their savings to the girl’s.
Zainab Pfp Turay is always cheerful and willing to jump on her feet to serve women and girls in Sierra Leone. She is a champion!
