Meek Mill, an American rapper, recently expressed his admiration for the outpouring of support and demands for justice by Nigerians following the tragic demise of Mohbad, a 27-year-old Nigerian singer. Meek Mill, who is known for standing up for Nigeria-related issues, notably during the ENDSARS protests in 2020, remarked on Twitter, “I watched his whole story on TikTok!!! They riding for him in Nigeria I love that!” .
Mohbad’s passing has sparked a wave of outcry and calls for a thorough investigation. Many are clamoring for an autopsy to unveil the true cause of the young artist’s death. International artists have also started to respond to the incident.
