Lawyer Emmanuel Saffa Abdulai Grants Scholarships to Students at Government Model Secondary School

Lawyer Emmanuel Saffa Abdulai has generously granted scholarships to students at the Government Model Secondary School in Freetown during the school’s Prize Giving Ceremony.
