Sierra Leonean singer Keltony’s latest song, “4K Off Ya,” has reached 10,000 videos using its sound on TikTok within five days of release. A screenshot of the song’s TikTok sound page shows “10K posts,” marking a fast start for the track Keltony calls a street anthem.
The release marks Keltony’s entry into Afro Rudeness, a Sierra Leonean sound that blends Bubu and Afrobeat influences with bold, street-focused lyrics. Its repeated Krio hook, “4K Off Ya,” has given creators a short, recognisable sound to use in their videos.
Produced by Nigerian producer Masterkraft and released under Cribs International, the song has also drawn discussion about its title. The TikTok milestone shows how widely its sound has been picked up, although the “10K” figure displayed by the platform is rounded.
