The Chief Executive Officer of GTMS International and Shipping Mogul, who is also the Chairman of the club, Sahr William Ngegba, club owner and CEO Mohamed Kallon alias “Wonder Boy” and The General Manager Tunde M. Scott alias “Roma Basanta” has collectively donated the whopping sum of Five Hundred Million (Le500 M) to F.C. Kallon ahead of their away tie with Beninois side “Les Buffles du Bougou” in the first leg in Parakou, Benin and the return leg to be played a week later in Monrovia, being the CAF Confederation Cup Preliminary round of qualifiers.
This is a momentous moment for football in Sierra Leone and at a very defining moment as a nation when we all yarn for some divine intervention to bring us together again as a nation. In their various diverse ways, these indigenes continue to push for higher heights and raise the flag of our beloved nation.
According to the General Manager Tunde “Basanta” Scott, ‘the donation from Sahr William Ngegba and Mohamed Kallon is nothing new, as they have selflessly, together with the executive of FC Kallon, continuously supported the club for the past years in turning FC Kallon to be the biggest football club in terms of assets, finance and fan-base in Sierra Leone. The inclusion of us being the only Sierra Leonean Football club in the CAF competition is a clear manifestation of our embodiment.

“We are calling on the Government, SLFA, NSA, the Ministry of Sports, Corporate entities, our sponsors and the nation to come and play their part as custodians. The nation is needed as this must be a collective effort as such venture is not only for FC Kallon but for MAMA SALONE. FC Kallon will be representing the Green, White and Blue” echoed by Wonder Boy, Mohamed Kallon.
