India’s High Commissioner to Sierra Leone, B.C. Pradhan, has formally handed over an invitation to Sierra Leone’s Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, Dr. Henry M. Kpaka, to attend the 4th Edition of World Food India.
The event is scheduled to take place in New Delhi from 24 to 28 September 2025. The invitation was extended on behalf of India’s Minister of Food Processing Industries.
According to the Indian High Commission in Freetown, both officials also discussed the possibility of signing a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at enhancing cooperation between the two countries in the areas of agriculture and food security.
India and Sierra Leone maintain diplomatic and development ties, with agriculture identified as a key area for potential collaboration.
