Housemate Salone Season 2 Winner Saraih Conteh Robert has been awarded the National Social Award in the category of Reality Star to Reckon with.

The award was presented to Saraih at a gala event which was held in Freetown, Sierra Leone. Saraih is the winner of Season 2 of the popular reality show, Housemates Salone, which aired on the African Young Voices (AYV).

The show follows the lives of a group of young people living in a communal house. Challenges, drama and romance are all part of the show as they compete to win the grand prize.

Saraih is the second winner of the show and was chosen by the fans for her exemplary behavior, determination and spirit. She was also praised for her commitment to helping others and for her positive attitude.

The National Social Award is a prestigious accolade given to individuals who have made a significant contribution to the society. Saraih was the unanimous winner of the award for her commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others. The award is comprises of 52 awards scattered all around change makers for their immense contributions to social change.

The award is a great boost for Saraih as it recognizes her hard work and dedication to making a difference in the lives of her fan and impact on the society.

Festus is also a perpetual volunteer in life-changing causes and has shown great commitment and dedication to being a catalyst and solution to the challenges faced by young people like himself. Festus currently serves as the Secretary General of the Africa Youth Leaders movement which is a network of youth between the ages of 20 – 30 years who have shown achievement, leadership potential and commitment to make a difference. Festus is also the Africa Focal Point of Youth for Change Initiative, which is a platform through which young people can access resources, be empowered and given the opportunity to grow to become useful members of society who will participate in the development of their communities and nation. Along with another Africa Youth platform, Festus has Co-Founded the Future of Africa initiative which is an advocate forum with the aim to bring together local and international socio-economic stakeholders to support innovative programs aimed at advancing the radical and practical progress of adoption awareness-vulnerable children and youth and youth leadership-through interlinking local, regional and international resources and opportunities.
