Felix Afena-Gyan has made history by becoming the first Ghanaian to win the UEFA Europa Conference League title.
The 19-year-old was an unused substitute as Nicolo Zaniola’s 32nd minute goal secured the Italian giants their first title with Portuguese manager Jose Mourinho. In photos posted on Twitter, the Giallorossi’s are seen celebrating the moment after a tupsy-turvy campaign.
Even though, the 19-year-old missed the final, he made three appearances in the Europa Conference League this season.
