From Ibadan to the USA Nigerian Lady Celebrate as she becomes Graduate Research Assistant

From Ibadan to the USA Today marks a special milestone in Olayemi Ojeokuns life. It has been one month since she left Nigeria to pursue a graduate degree at Kansas State University in the United States. Olayemi was determined to make the dream of studying abroad a reality before completing her undergraduate studies.

With an eye towards growing into an international setting and cutting edge skills, Olayemi started her academic journey in her native Osun State University. Despite not being able to earn a firstclass degree, Olayemi finished with honors and a commitment to bringing her dream to life.

From there, she was able to participate in several internships with the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture. This experience solidified her commitment to pursuing her international degree and eventually, this zeal paid off.
