East End Lions Appoints New Head Coach

East End Lions has appointed former Diamond Stars legendary defender as the new Head Coach of East End Lions ahead of the new league campaign.

Zappa who is also serving as the Head Coach of the national home-based squad is expected to join Lions in September in preparation for the next Premier League Season.

East End Lions fell in the pecking order as they failed to impress during the just concluded season after they came second behind Bo Rangers.

East End Lions is a Sierra Leonean professional football club based in the capital of Freetown. They play in the Sierra Leone National Premier League, the top football league in Sierra Leone. East End Lions represent the East End of Freetown and play their home games at the National Stadium

Other signings include Zainu Deen Karim as the Team Manager and Alhassan Idriss Bangura (Tigo) as the new Head of Media and Communications.
