Born and raised in Freetown, Deborah Chioma Nwaegbu is a 21 year old Sierra Leonean online marketer, entrepreneur and founder of the Debbie’s online provision store. She is currently enrolled at the Institute of Public Administration and Management pursuing Bsc in public sector Management in her second year.
