“one of my dreams is to make a feature length documentary following all your activities next time you visit Sierra Leone, starting from the airport till the day you leave lol I’m pretty good at capturing moments and I edit very well” a young Sierra Leonean filmmaker Daniel Bangura has taken on Linkedin to write a touching letter to actor Idris Elba who visited Sierra Leonean. Daniel recalled working with Idris Elba during BBC interview he did with him.
In his Linkedin post, the young Sierra Leonean filmmaker recalled of watching movies by Idris disclosing that he even went on to watch behind the scenes, ” I want you to know that I grew up watching all your movies and the behind the scenes too” he stated. he expressed interested to film the next visit of Idris Elba noting that he is a good editor too “I’m pretty good at capturing moments and I edit very well”
Daniel Bangura is a Experienced Creative Director in visuals and film / documentary making that have worked with NGOs ( Unicef, BBC Media Action as social media production assistant, BBC world as freelance, world vision, Rain initiative) also worked for local television/news broadcasting channels STAR TV as Senior graphics editor
