The CEO of Africa Young Voices (AYV) Media Empire, Ambassador Anthony Navo Jr., has officially launched Season 4 of the popular reality TV show Housemates Salone at Chapter One Nightclub in Freetown.
This year’s show is being held under the theme “Clean Game,” a campaign to promote a more positive and respectful environment in the house. Ambassador Navo said that there will be no insults or extreme language, and the show will focus on empowering young people across Sierra Leone.
The launch event attracted several high-profile guests, including Sierra Leone’s First Lady Fatima Maada Bio, Chief Minister Dr. David Moinina Sengeh, Minister of Information Chernor Bah, the CEO of Africell, and many other dignitaries.
“We are building a platform that reflects discipline, creativity, and the potential of our youth,” said Amb. Navo during his speech.
He also announced that the winner of this year’s show will take home One Billion Old Leones (Le 1,000,000,000), making it the biggest prize in the history of the show.
Housemates Salone is one of Sierra Leone’s biggest reality TV shows, created to entertain, educate, and uplift young people. The show places 20 housemates in one house for several weeks, where they live together under 24-hour surveillance.
Housemates are given weekly tasks, participate in games, and face live evictions based on public votes. The last person remaining wins the grand prize.
The show is broadcast live on AYV TV, AYV Radio 101.7FM, AfriTV, and online platforms, making it easy for fans across the country and abroad to stay connected.
This season is powered by strong partnerships between AYV, Africell, and Chapter One, showing how the private sector is helping promote youth development and entertainment in Sierra Leone.
