Inter Milan are reportedly targeting Sierra Leonean-born defender Trevor Chalobah for a summer transfer from Chelsea. The Evening Standard Newspaper reports that Inter Milan is willing to spend around €250 million on the midfielder.
The Italian club has already contacted Chelsea to express their interest in a potential deal for Chalobah, who is believed to be open to talks if permitted by his current club. Inter Milan has been eyeing Chalobah for some time, having made inquiries about his availability in January. It remains unclear whether Chalobah will feature in Chelsea Manager Mauricio Pochettino’s plans for the upcoming season. Despite having represented England in junior international competitions, Chalobah is still eligible to play for Sierra Leone.
