The smart lady has made it with a First Class Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Broadcasting and Journalism from Limkokwing University. Amb Phebean Swill is among the first graduates of the university.
Amb Phebean Swill who was happy about her success in the prestigious profession revealed that, Limkokwing University of Creative Technology has changed her life. she further stated that the practical and industry-oriented modules have empowered her to be more than she ever thought she could be.

The journey to becoming a Limkokwing Graduate was beyond drilling. I had to stretch myself beyond my capacity. Multitasking between classes, assignments, exams and working as a fulltime staff. I did it for 7years. Wow! I have now received the evidence of my hard work; a First Class Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Broadcasting and Journalism added to my 14years broadcasting experience. Topping it off, I won the Tan Sri Award for Creativity and Innovation. she stated
