Here’s to breaking down more generational barriers that my younger self would have never imagined.
Tomorrow, I will earning my M.S. Journalism degree from one of the top Journalism schools in the country at USC Annenberg. I’m so THANKFUL for everyone I met at USC that allowed me to reach my fullest potential,
my distinguished Annenberg professors for shaping me into a MUCH BETTER storyteller, my inspiring cohort, and to all my family and friends who supported me unconditionally when I needed it most.
In just under a year, I have accomplished and grown so much. Trusting God throughout this journey has been a reoccurring habit I never lost sight of. Instead of questioning God, I realized that this is the exact pathway he wanted me to take. The University of Southern California will forever hold a special place in my heart.
Little Hajah is crying tears of joy.
