The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has organized this competition in a knockout phase. According to Sorie Ibrahim Sesay, the Head of Competition at SLFA, the winner of the 2024 FA Cup will have the honor of representing Sierra Leone in the Confederation Cup during the 2024/2025 season.
