Blessings Bengeh whose video went viral across various social media platforms after a jealous wife insulted her on a recorded video , has made a formal statement to the police narrating her ordeal .
According to the police investigators at the lumley Police station , the suspect Mrs Mariama Tucker has been apprehended and detained pending investigations into the allegations by Blessings .
Blessings Bengeh is represented by the law firm of Nicol – Wilson & Co ( Malaika Chambers ) and
the suspect is represented by the law firm of Tejan-Cole , Yillah & Co.
Members of both law firms accompanied their respective clients to the lumley police station today .
The incident and video has provoked debates across the Sierra Leonean community with single ladies supporting blessings while married women are in support of the Accused
