Benevolent Principal Denies Serious Accident Claims

The Principal of Benevolent Islamic Secondary School in Makeni, Abdul Salam Conteh, has dismissed reports circulating on social media that he was involved in a serious accident.

The false reports were shared by several bloggers and platforms, causing concern among students, parents, and community members. Speaking in a WhatsApp call, Conteh clarified that the claims are “not only untrue but inconsistent, stale, and fake,” adding that such rumours have the potential to create unnecessary panic.

He explained that the only accident he experienced was a minor motorbike incident about two weeks ago and stressed that he is in good health.
