Popular Philanthropist and founder of the lifesaving organization, Pikin Bizness Organization, Dr. Adonis Abboud has been crowned Paramount of upper Bambara chiefdom by the honorable paramount chief Cyril foray Gondor ii on Friday 15th January 2021. the surprising event happened during his visit to the chiefdom, Dr. Adonis Abboud said, “The 2 schools who received 2 full DStv systems with 2 Flat screens 2 months ago will now get 2 solar units to allow them to benefit 24/7. The Pendembu Community center will get it’s own DStv system with Flat Screen and 6 months subscriptions and a solar system. The Pendembu Secondary School will soon get a mini-laboratory.”

Dr. Adonis Abboud is a Sierra Leonean national who was one of the founders of Pikin Bizness. Pikin Bizness works to support children by providing health-related assistance, economic and educational support to the child survivors of the post-conflict period in Sierra Leone. This charity has saved the lives of several children from Sierra Leone who have had serious health conditions such as congenital heart diseases and who would not have lived if they had not received treatment abroad.
Pikin Bizness has raised the funds and partnered with international NGOs such as Chain of Hope to ensure they are able to transport children and young people at risk of dying to other countries such as France, India, and Ghana for complicated surgeries.
Dr Abboud has raised funds to build bridges in rural areas where travel from one village to another was unsafe for people and hampered economic activity. One of the bridges called the Adonis Abboud Bridge is located in Nduvuibu.
Dr. Abboud has partnered with other organizations to deliver Christmas presents to children up and down the country ensuring that these young people do not feel left out.
He received the prestigious Honorary Doctorate in Civil Laws (Honoris Causa) by the Chancellor of the University of Sierra Leone and former President HE Ernest Bai Koroma on December 22nd, 2007 for his selfless contribution to the wellbeing of the children of Sierra Leone.
He has been the Honorary Consul for Serbia in Sierra Leone from 1991 to date; and Dean and Founder of the Consular Corps of Sierra Leone.
He is the CEO of Transnational Sierra Leone Ltd; Chairman of Capital Radio FM 104.9; National Advisor and Life Patron of the National Union of Sierra Leone Students (NUSS); and member of the National Business SummitĀ (under the National Commission for Democracy & Human Rights).
He is also a Board member of Ballanta Music Academy. He was awarded the title āPhilanthropist of the Yearā for 9 consecutive years byĀ Save Sierra Leone Foundation 2013.
In March 2016, he was appointed Business Ambassador for the Commonwealth Africa Initiative by H. E former President Olusegun Obasanjo.
