Sierra Leone’s Trevor Chalobah Debut Stunner Wins Goal Of The Month After Been Named In The Chelsea Squared That Won UEFA Super Club.
Born Sierra Leonean, Trevoh Chalobah debut goal for Chelsea in the opening premier league game of the season has won the club’s goal of the month for August.
Chalobah, 22, scored a brilliant stunner in Chelsea 3-0 win over Crsystal place in the opening week of this season. Prior to that math, he made a dream start to the 2021/22 campaign when he was named in the Chelsea squared that won UEFA super club.
His goal received a 41 per cent vote to beat off competition from Kai Harveryz’s looping lheader at Liverpool and Marcus Alonso’s opener against palace.
Born in Freetown, Sierra Leone, Chalobah joined Chelsea at the age of eight. He signed his first professional contract with Chelsea in June 2016 and signed a new contract in March 2018.] His youth honours at Chelsea include the UEFA Youth League in 2015–16, the FA Youth Cup in 2015–16 and 2016–17, and the Under-18 Premier League in 2016–17.
He was named by Antonio Conte as a substitute for the 2018 FA Cup Final victory against Manchester United on 19 May 2018 at Wembley Stadium despite never having previously played a professional game. Chelsea won the match 1–0, and Chalobah did not enter the field
