Telecommunications company QCell has officially opened a new Customer Care Shop in Pujehun as part of its ongoing efforts to bring quality customer service closer to subscribers across Sierra Leone.

Located at No. 16 Stook Road, Pujehun, the newly opened centre is designed to provide residents with easier access to a wide range of QCell services without having to travel long distances.

Customers visiting the new shop will be able to access services including SIM registration and replacement, QMoney mobile money transactions, data and voice package subscriptions, customer support, product information, and other essential telecommunications services.

According to QCell, the opening of the customer care centre reflects the company’s commitment to expanding its presence nationwide while improving convenience and service delivery for customers in Pujehun and surrounding communities.
