KID-AFAN Institute Foundation, support to The Orphan Empowerment Society Sierra Leone, aims to support vulnerable children in their 2024/2025 Back-to-School campaign. Over the years, KID-AFAN Institute Foundation has made substantial contributions to the education system in Sierra Leone by renovating schools, providing scholarships, and more.
In addition to the back-to-school kits, Dr. Isatu Kakay-Diallo, President and CEO, held a livestreaming event on YouTube and Facebook to call on more people from home and abroad to contribute whatever they can.
Dr. Isatu Kakay-Diallo stated, “As an educated individual with children of my own, I believe in the importance of educating children, especially orphans in our beloved country, Sierra Leone.” She added, “Our small donations will help transform lives in society as we support orphanages and children with educational materials.”
Dr. Isatu Kakay-Diallo appealed to Sierra Leoneans at home and abroad to support vulnerable children in Sierra Leone. “Education is about hope through our philanthropic acts of kindness,” she emphasized.
