Larry Appiah, the eldest son of Stephen Appiah, a renowned Ghanaian football legend, has successfully completed his studies at the prestigious University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom (UK).
Larry recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics, much to the joy and pride of his father, who attended the graduation ceremony to celebrate this significant achievement.
Throughout his time at the university, Larry excelled academically and earned impressive results, earning praise from his father who took to social media to express his admiration.
Larry’s talent extends beyond the classroom as well. In 2017, he was recognized as the best player at the Private Schools Football Tournament, showcasing his exceptional skills on the field. Additionally, his younger brother Rodney was named MVP and top scorer in the 2018 Lizzy Sports International Schools Football Gala.
Stephen Appiah, widely regarded as one of Ghana’s greatest-ever captains, led the national team for nearly a decade. Under his guidance, the Black Stars qualified for their first-ever World Cup appearance in 2006.
Larry’s graduation marks an important milestone in his journey, and with his academic and athletic achievements, he is poised to make a name for himself in his own right.
